How to calculate Aortic Regurgitation Jet Area Ratio.

  1. Obtain a long axis view of the LVOT in CFD Mode. The typical view is the ME AVLAX view with a good cross section of the AR jet. Measure the Jet Diameter and the LVOT Diameter as close to the AV as possible.
