Self assessment exams

The Self Assessment Exams (SAE) is an exam to test your apply the information on a certain topic that you have studied. While CME exams mainly test that you looked at the topic, self assessment exams will indicate your level of mastery of the topic. Therefore, self assessment exams are much more difficult so don't be discouraged if you initially score lower that you expected to score. You will be tested on your mastery of pattern recognition, application of basic concepts, ability to discriminate between mild, moderate, and severe disease, recall basic facts, and formulating a diagnosis and treatment plan.

Self Assessment Exams are available for eTEE chapters 1-6 currently. We do plan on adding more but they take a lot of time to create.

Good luck in taking the Self Assessment Exams!
