180000-00-00  Auto Activation of CME Session

The CME Session is now auto activated. When you log in you can activate a CME Session manually by clicking the Activate CME Session button on the Welcome page or clicking the link in the right upper corner of each page. If you would forget to do so, when you enter a cme activity we will automatically activate the cme session and provide a button to take you back to the cme activity you were doing. Very convenient.

162011-10-30  New Case-of-the-Week CME Format

The CME provider has changed the format for Case of the Week The old format was a timed exam where you had to spend 5 minutes on the COTW for the CME button to become active. The new format is 4 questions and when you get 75% or more correct, the CME button is active and you can claim your CME.


152011-10-30  New Echo-of-the-Day CME Format

The CME provider has changed the format for Echo of the Day. The old format was a timed exam where you had to spend 5 minutes on the EOTD for the CME button to become active. The new format is 4 questions and when you get 75% or more correct, the CME button is active and you can claim your CME.


142010-10-10  Updated Diameters

Updated the diameters page with a table from the 2010 ACC Guidelines for Thoracic Aorta Disease. The table added show the normal aortic diameters and the diameters for men and women. Prior to the update the page had a calculator for normal diameters.


132010-10-02  Increased CME to over 150 AMA Category 1 on Echo

E-echo now has over 150 AMA Category 1 TEE specific CME Credits!
iTEE has 12 CME credits for the 12 chapters.
Echo of the Day now is worth 1/4 CME each day.
Case of the Month is worth 1/4 CME each month.
Advanced TEE is still worth 66 CME credits.



122010-05-06  Google Translator Added to E-Echocardiography

Google has a very cool translator that we added to most of our pages. Just select the language that you want the page translated to and the Google translator will translate the page. It is reported to be very accurate but we would appreciate feedback as to it's accuracy. The translator drop down box is located at the top right of most of the pages.
