I just wanted to let you know that even though I'm looking quite old, I'm still a millenial.
So I just had a "New Year, New Me" moment and my resolution is to become a new and improved version of myself in a couple of weeks.
Don't worry, my wisdom won't change. You're still going to find the same useful information here. Stay tuned!

Help with Word Searches |
To perform a word search fill out the required information and click the 'Search' button. If you did not separate your words with a comma or a space then an error may be produced. Words with spaces or commas will be treated as separate words. If your search didn't provide a video that was acceptable, try using variants of your words to locate a video. For example, if looking for IHSS, try sub aortic stenosis or sub-aortic stenosis in your search. We try to characterize each video with a set of keywords, a description, and a title to help you narrow your search. The title usually indicates the dominate finding in the video. The description will describe the dominate finding and other findings. The keyword will indicate the dominate finding and unusual findings. If we have a lot of one type of video (normal aortic valve, for example) we will not duplicate this finding once an acceptable set of normal aortic valves has been entered. Non subscribers can only look at videos that are normals. Subscribers can look at the who list. Paid subscribers can download the videos. |
Help with Category Searches |
To perform a category search fill out the required information in the order from 1 -> 6. When you click on the 'Find Video' button, your search results will be displayed. A red message at the top left of the page will indicate the number of matches that were found. Simply page through the atlas to find the video you need and download it in the format you require. Some categories are empty so don't be surprised if a search returns no matches. With over 8000 videos in the database, you should be able to find what you are looking for. Non subscribers can only look at the normals. Subscribers can look at the who list. Paid subscribers can download the videos. |
Help with Recent Additions |
The recent additions page shows the videos added to the atlas by date in descending order. If you do not have a subscription, your view is limited to the last 10 videos. Subscribers will have access to all of the videos. Subscribers can look at the who list. Paid subscribers can download the videos. |
Echo of the Day Help |
Each week or each day, we will send out an email showing the Echo-of-the-Day. The email will include a question or set of questions about the videos (up to 4 videos) for a short interesting topic for that day. You can visit the web site to view the discussion, our prepared answer, and, if a subscriber, CME credit when available. The EOTD has 330 so it goes until about the first of December and then recycles the same material every year. We will add some more when we have the material (and time) to get the last 35 done. |
Case of the Week Help |
Each week, we will send out an email on Monday showing the Case of the Week. The email will include a case presentation about the videos (up to 8-45 videos) for an interesting topic for that week. The email will contain a link to view the COTW. If you have CME credits you can do the COTW for CME (only a few are not for CME credit). |
