If your user name and password don't work to to help->Lost Password and get a new password.
The email you receive has an autologin link that you can use to login.

If your autologin link doesn't work go to help->Lost Password and get a new password.
The email you receive has an autologin link that you can use to login.
You may have to cut and paste the link into your browser's address bar to get the link to work.
 
When I log in I get a 404-Page not found error
 
When you see this error, just go back to the web site at https://e-echocardiography.com without closing your browser.
Then go to your Home->Account->Personal information, reauthenticate yourself with your password.
Then delete/reset your opening page. Then update the personal information page.
 
My autologin doesn't work
 
Then go to your Home->Account->Personal information, reauthenticate yourself with your password.
Then, set your autologin to Yes and update the personal information page.
 
I need another email to confirm my email address
 
To get another email that has a link to confirm your email address go to here and enter your email address.
The email address must be the same email address that entered when you signed up.

I can't find my CME certificates
 
To get your CME certificates, just login and go to Home->Account-CME Certificates
Under the CME certificates select which CME certificates you want: Chapter CME Certificates or EOTD or COTW CME certificates.
The CME exams are shown in list.
CME exams that you have passed will have a CME certificate icon (the big green shield).
Click the CME certificate icon and the certificate will be shown.
In the EOTD and COTW - there are links to print the cme certificates in a book by Year, a Summary, or a All (includes a Summary)
 
I can't view/print my CME certificates
 
Viewing and printing CME certificate requires adobe acrobat. Please go to the adobe web site and download and install the free acrobat pluging.
Go to your CME certificate and you can now view/save/print the certificate.
 
I can't do any CME activities
 
To do CME activities you must meet ALL OF THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:
To do CME activities you must have an active subscription. Check your Home-Account-Subscriptions to see the status of your subscription.
To do CME activities you must have activated a CME session. Click activate CME session when you log in or click the link in the right upper corner of every page.
To do CME activities you must have enough cme credits in your cme bank. Go to Home-Account-CME Bank to check how may cme credits you have.
 
I don't have enough CME credits in my CME bank
 
You can buy more CME credits for your CME bank by going to Home-Account-CME Bank.
 
I want to print/save a summary CME certificate for EOTD or COTW
 
To print/save a summary there are links on the Home-Account-CME Certificates-EOTD or COTW pages at the top of each page.
The Yearly link will show you the certificates for the current year.
The summary will show you the certificates in a summary format.
The All link will show you summary and all of the certificates for the year.
 
I can't email my CME certificate.
 
To email your certificate you can email right from the cme certificate page, or, if that doesn'e work - just save the cme certificate to your hard drive and send the cme certificate as an attachement. Some browsers wont' send unless it is a file on your hard drive.
 
I want my cme certificates automatically sent ot the ABA
 
To have us send the cme results to the ABA just enter your ABA number in the correct format (xxxx-xxxx) in your home-account-personal information.
 
The videos are not showing up in my web page
 
We support all of the major video format. If the video doesn't show up, either you have the wrong format selected for the browser or your firewall is filtering out videos. Try the different formats by clicking on the video format link icons just below the videos.
 
I use a mobile device and the videos don't show up
 
Mobile devices require the MP4 format so just click that format or set it as your default in your home-account-preferences page.
 
I can't download any videos
 
To download vides you must have logged into e-echo and have a subscription that is either eTEE or the video database subscription.
 
I am not sure which video format to select as my default
 
If you don't use a mobile device, select flash. If you do use a mobile device select MP4. You can try the others to see what works best. We do try to filter formats that don't work for your system, browser, setup.
 
It won't accept my credit card payment
 
If your credit card number, name, and expiration date are correct then your bank is turning down the transaction. We see this from time to time where banks filter out internet sites for verification. Call you bank and have them approve the web site and try again.

Then your credit card number is wrong.
 
How will I know if my credit card has been charged
 
You will receive a charge from JLS Interactive, LLC for a subscription to E-Echocardiography.
 
I can't enter my birthday.
 
You must enter your birthday as YYYY-MM-DD such as 1980-01-31 or as MM-DD-YYYY such as 01-31-1980. You must be more than 20 years old and less than 80 years old. After you enter your birthday, if you entered it as anything than the YYYY-MM-DD format we try to reverse it so it is correct.
 
It won't take my password.
 
When you enter your password we check that it is unique and it doens't create bad characters that won't work in the database. Failure on any of these two checks will reject your password. Please choose another password.
 
I don't have any society or group numbers.
 
The numbers are not required so don't enter any numbers.
 
I want something for free.
 
Content such as Echocardigraphy is time, skill, and money intensive so we cannot offer this site for free. You will find other echo stuff for free but it is limited in scope and depth and the videos are of lesser quality or of limited format.
 
I don't know which subscription to select.
 
For the ASA refresher course for non-cardiac anesthesiologists, choose iTEE.
For cardiac sonographers and cardiac anesthesiologists, and cardiologists, choose eTEE.
To get a simulated echo exam like the board exam for anesthesiologists, choose Comprehensive SAE exam.
